At GetIndiaTech, we are committed to delivering the highest quality services and products to our clients. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure transparency and satisfaction while maintaining fairness for all parties. Please review the following terms carefully:
Services Refund Policy
1. Custom Website Design & Development Services
- Due to the nature of custom services, refunds are not provided once the project has been initiated or resources have been allocated.
- In cases of dissatisfaction, we offer revisions to ensure the final deliverables meet your expectations as per the agreed project scope.
2. Service Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of project initiation. A cancellation fee of 20% of the project value or the cost of resources used (whichever is higher) will be applicable.
3. Failure to Deliver
If we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal challenges, you are eligible for a full refund.
Product Refund Policy
1. Digital Products
- Refunds are only available if the digital product is proven to be defective or non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 business days.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase with detailed proof of the issue.
2. No Refund Cases
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Lack of compatibility with third-party tools or platforms not disclosed prior to purchase.
- Failure to use the product as intended.
General Refund Conditions
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10–15 business days upon approval.
- Any disputes or chargebacks without prior communication will void refund eligibility.
Revisions and Amendments
We provide revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure satisfaction. Revisions outside the scope will be billed additionally.
